It's confusing, someone explain me How could an alpha male give birth to a child?

Different Authors have different approaches towards Omegaverse. Mostly in Japanese Omegaverse, everyone can give birth. Alpha can impregnate another alpha, beta or omega, beta can impregnate omegas and betas and stuff like that. But in Korean Omegaverse, betas can't get pregnant but Alphas can impregnate other Alphas in some cases, in other cases that's not true. Therefore, it's safe to say that there are no rules set in stone. Hope that helps.

Like you said it's really depends on the author. Korean omegaverse like in Love is an illusion Heeso is a beta but still get pregnant and have baby. Basically anyone in omegaverse can get pregnant, it's not unusual.
