1.Sangwoo actually escaped/the hospital is lying about him because of the protest , its irresponsibility and stuffs.When he was calling "bum bum" as per the granny later that was the time when he escaped i mean their were no security or remember their was another burn patient and how he looked similar to the *granny described sangwoo* ,he may have changed bed chambers with another burn patient,hence a new identity.
2.Bum is alive and currently in psych ward because he sees sangwoo everywhere,mentally unstable and suicidal.Remember sungbae rush in his car and bum in traffic getting hit,well he saved him.
3.Sungbae takes care of bum while he becomes mentally unstable and slowly develops feelings for him I mean remember how he brought stuffs and was on his way to apologize in the ending episode.
4.And sangwoo either recovers in his new bed chambers family identity/gets plastic surgery/plotting his revenge against sungbae and bum once he recovers (still loves/hates/wanna fuck/kill bum for his unloyalty )..And now he stalks them back..
