It's kinda shallow. And like fuck the other princess i guess lol
the fact that the princess only married riquet bc he said she had the power to make others beautiful is so ridiculous.
The story was kind of badly summarized here but the actual ending can be taken in two different ways:
1. The princess saw him as beautiful because her power turned Riquet beautiful
2. The princess saw him as beautiful because she truly fell in love with him and ended up thinking he was beautiful
first time hearing that story and upon reading the plot, it was a ridiculous.
