Yes especially when we read it since day 1. The anticipation and all. I was really looking forward to the main couple. I wish there was process of love instead of instinct and lust? My reaction was like mehh. Its such a waste :( i want more angst and the slow yet nicely drawn plot
I still really like the idea and the plot, but I feel this was lacking a bit? The lycanthrope pairing didn't feel lacking cause we got a fully developed back story and it didn't feel rushed. The main pairing (vampire x nier) felt really, really rushed though? Like they disliked each other and then we got the lycanthrope pairing, and then come back to the main pairing and they've somehow went from dislike to love, without any kind of actual development or gradual understanding of their feelings? I just felt it was really rushed and felt like an entire piece was missing and couldn't really feel their "love" even though I do really like the idea of their pairing
