So from what I understand I'm guessing all the stages humans go through lead to the Dragon of Death. The trials are to improve the offerings quality. If I'm right this means our MC will either have to convince his former team that they shouldnt go to the last stage or whatever/kill the Dragon of Death 0,0

On another note, I bet the Bun Bun will join the team cuz he is toast even if he killed MC, so I think he'll try to strike a deal, at least for now while the baboon is breathing down his neck.
