Focus on the hair. They are different. I had the same issue at first, now I can separate them
I never got confused. Cute blonde (younger brother of hot dark hair) who is always together with kind looking dark hair (younger brother of kind looking blonde hair). Then there's the bitchy looking blonde hair who is the fiance of the hot dark hair. See? Not confusing.

I could only JUST tell the difference between the dark haired onces because of the their hairstyles. The younger guy in the horny relationship (lol) has shorter hair. But again, took me 11 chapters to figure that out.
