Yeah, the childish behavior might make sense if she was actually the book character and then suddenly remembered her other life because she would become a mix, but even then she should still be a bit more mature. The only way I can imagine her attitude making sense is if she spent her whole past life in the hospital and never really got the chance to mature or if she’s just really scared and confused and is trying to be cautious so she despises to let her life unfold a little more.
But also, why does every main character like that want to avoid the ‘story protagonist?’ I understand that they wouldn’t want to start anything but if you run into them why don’t you just befriend them and stick with them? If you stick with the protagonist and stay on their good side then you’ll probably get a good ending. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

idk they make such a fuss over avoiding the book heroine, well but if they did, at least do something that may save them from dead flag !!! not causing even for troubles for themselves in the future :))))
i was like “oh come on just befriend with the heroine she wont bite” (maybe in the future she will) but im kinda sick of their “fearful” facial reaction whenever they run into the book heroine ;-;

im just a lil bit irritated bc of her "childish" behaviour and thought, like in many situation, her reactions are kinda dull and they caused many troubles in the future
just like when she's with the heroine, well she can definitely speak up for her like what she did for her bodyguard
well the face of the heroine tells me that she not of that "kind and innocent" at all, but at least the MC can do something to decrease the hatred of the heroine toward her (like that) cuz im sure if that was any of us, noone would like being treated all cold and indifferent (and kinda harsh) like that
idk im hoping for a good character development, maybe im too harsh cuz my MC type is kind strong or smart and independent one-
