What do you mean by the next killer?
its just my theory. i think he got something from the killer itself. like the attitude of the killer getting something from their victims or something triggered clark to release his dark side because someone important to him died. hehe something like that but just my theory
It would make sense in a way. Clark told the inspector in the end that he's glad that he's not in love with him.
Alex was in love with him when Clark killed him. So it could be Clark feeling like he took over Alex' thing for killing people who are in love with him. I kinda have another theory I like better but its definitly intresting to explore
lol that's what I was thinking :)) It's kinda like a loop thing or it's symbolic as Clark continuation of Alex works, though I'm not sure whether this is Alex's continued works cuz Clark kept a collection of murder cases to begin with.
