I was wondering that too
Every fan wants to see her burn already, but she is the antagonist, keeping Baam going and fighting, so we have to continue coping with her.
Do it like me and just see her as the tool she is to keep Baam on his track.
The quality dropped because it isn't as brutal and straight forward as in the very beginning.
A mellowed down climb for the tower's top.
But I'm too interested in Baam's background and pray that he really grows not in power but character development and mind! That he will one day top everyone is certain, as he is the protagonist!
No so far she has not gotten a thorn

True the story would be less full if there wasn’t an antagonist but it really annoys me how she gets stuff but is soo weak
Thankfully, Baam is over her now. He doesn't care about her anymore. She hasn't appeared at all in season three so far which is a blessing.
Now he's got a new enemy in the form of the actual great families. (IF you want spoilers check below.
