I love twisted Manga but most of the time I feel like the author just write a stalker or a Psychopath like " he stalked you , broke in you're house, hurt people in you're name but everything is alright because you both fucked" And most of the time it's like rape. And can we talk about yaoi rape. It's like a world where somebody gets raped, his body reacts to it and the rapist gets away with it becaus the victim hat a reaction to it.
