Well, it's a sub-genre. Isekai as a whole involves many different but now "cliche" plots, such as transmigration, summoning, reincarnation, and even where the story is already set in "another world." There are more, but you get the idea.
I think dying and being born in the body of a baby princess might be its own new genre now...
