The moment I saw the naked guy and the shower scene, I expected a misunderstanding like hey! turns out he's your stepbrother! I called you a slut accidentally, I'm sorry. Something like that.
Exactly my thoughts reading it but I'm very very glad I was wrong. Not only did it make the story more enjoyable but it's one of the few mangas that I can actually believe they'll be able to stay together no matter what.
