I think the seme planned this to manipulate the uke...The seme looks like he is just spacing out but he is very observant in his surroundings. At the last chaper it shows that He knows that the classmates doesnt mind the ukes penni problem,there is no worries that he'll be have no place in class coz it looks like he is well liked and a gurl likes him too so theres no gf problem issue.but the uke doesnt know that ,just being swallowed by his own complex and fallin to the seme kindness when at the end. It seems that the seme is possessive and planned the sickness to be closer. And he got what he needed. Seems like there is someone like that in a class... Ps: the seme shaved his pubs coz at the og last panel is that the uke still has hairs on him.
