I know that what he did to her was bad. It was a crime. It's horrible. And I know that just because he didn't throw her away, doesn't make him a good person. But what I meant to say was, from some stories that I've read, it's not the worst... and I've somewhat expected him to be a horrible playboy who claims and crushes hearts left and right and treats her like a literal toy as he goes and has fun with other women as well. So, when I compared my image of a scummy, horrible playboy to this creepy, arrogant guy (who is also possibly a playboy but from 3 chapters makes me wonder, because he did cut ties with other girls, he confessed his feelings, and he meant that) suddenly he looks better. It doesn't make him a good man, it doesn't make this an amazing manga, it doesn't make what he did any less of a crime, but it does make him look like an imp next to a troll.
There's a lot of bad things about this, but there's one thing I do like about it, and it's that he did grow to like her. It would be especially scummy of him if he just "claimed" her and chuck her onto a trash can which I was sort of expecting, given his already terrible nature, although with their difference in positions they're sure to have a couple of troubles someday, maybe any day, and I still don't trust the guy. Regarding the girl, well, lemme just say that in mature stories for women like this, some stories contain girls that either sleep with someone casually, can't resist, are in love that they just go with it, or are the cute, super airheaded type. (I know because of reading light novels of this genre, (it's almost a cliche) and from some manga.)well, some don't but some do.
