tbh can't blame yah cuz its been so long but if my memory serves me right, Jungwoo is that dude that was obsessed with Jaehyun in highschool even to the point of shunning the people whom Jaehyun is getting close to. The girl is one of those Jaehyun was close to but Jungwoo started a rumor between them that made Saeyon (the girl) cut ties with Jaehyun so she would leave him alone.
