You idiot, the money mangago makes out of ads is to keep the site running. Theyre not making money out of the work of artist. And as long as the dj is given credit for it should be okay.

Mangago.com makes way more than enough money to run their site without uploading a few doujins. and YES they ARE using the artist's work to get money. If the artist's work wasn't there would you want to look at the page full of just advertisements? No, you wouldn't. The ads provide the money, but the manga is what really is bringing in people to see the ads right? No views = no money. Manga = views. Therefore doujin = money. The scan group offers the manga online for absolutely nothing. They're not ripping off the artist by gaining profit. AND they encourage people to buy the artist's original work as well.
The scan group only asks that the doujins aren't uploaded to reader sites D: you can upload their other stuff! Why can't people follow one tiny rule? And the group does it mainly to protect themselves so they don't get sued. If that happens they'd have to quit translating all together! D: do you really want that? They already make plenty of money to keep hosting other manga, cutting out a few doujins so groups can keep producing these manga won't cause the site to enter apocalypse-mode. But if they don't stop uploading these then maybe we won't have any translators left to provide us with all of this for FREE because they get no thanks, no respect, and virtually no gain for doing any of this. A lot of groups have already done this. What makes you think this one won't? The groups don't HAVE to go through all this work of scanning, translating, erasing, cleaning, redrawing, and typesetting, but they do it anyway! So because they do such a huge favor for us, we should do a tiny one for them and not upload to sites that make profit off the views. It's the least we can do right c: ?

They make money off the views of the ads idiot. Read the comment thoroughly before you put your two cents in. If the ads were never viewed they'd get no money off them. @zero was completely right. No views = no money. If the site wasn't viewed, the ad owners wouldn't want to purchase space. Each time an ad is viewed they make a decent amount. There's five ads per page. And 62 pages. That's 5 * 62 = 310. Ads cost a helluva ton of green. And because this site is viewed so frequently, it's probably even more. The ads are probably around 7$ each. However even if each ad was just 50¢ that's 155$ dollars every time ONE person reads it. Now this doujin has some odd 252k views. I'll let you do the rest.
