I think I trust Gordon more, I doubt its actually a Black Bull tho, but if anyone I'm thinking it could be Magna (haven't seen him in a while), or one of the Black Bulls is on an infiltration mission
I think they trusted Zora to be a "spy" for their kingdom
I can't stop thinking that the spy is gordon. he study dark magic with his dad and maybe he learns a new magic for that 6 months of training. I'm a fool if I'm wrong hahahah It's just my thought
