As a queer person who has had a crush on friends, it is such a pet peeve when the straight person doesn't just properly reject the other. Like, I also get bothered when the queer person just doesn't admit they like the other, but when it becomes extremely obvious, cut that person some slack. It's hard to say and just draw the line. Stop avoiding and shit. That's going to ruin your friendship and you'll end on bad terms. If you reject them, your friendship might end but at least both of you can move on with clear conscience.

But then I wonder, is the reason you avoid and don't reject because you subconsciously feel that you want to say yes but you're scared? Maybe only in fiction.

    I think the problem lies in the fact that Joon didn't tell Da Hoon he liked him upfront. He said it in a off handed comment, tried to take it back and then when about the face he made avoided the answer.
