Id kinda be fine shipping medea and psyche tbh. While they don't actually have romantic feelings for each other so far. I feel like the two of them becoming a power couple to kick the princes ass would be cool
Yeah but at the same time she did lie and betray best girl Medea which is like a no no regardless if she fell in love and got tricked by the prince.
OK! I'm a bit confused but here's how I pieced it together!
So Medea and Psych were friends and neither of them hated each other. BUT Medea needed the position and Psych wanted the prince. Medea doesn't love the prince, she just wanted a higher position than her father. Psych fell in love with the prince not knowing he's the prince (there's probably more to that but I don't know for sure at this point) Even though Medea won the right to be the crown princess, the prince still made Psych the princess. After their engagement, Medea made it so that her and Psych's souls switched. Psych soon finds out what happened (I think with the help of Heli)
Now I think the prince doesn't love either of these girls and is just a total a-hole, he is now trying to get rid of "Psych" and by marrying Psych, he was able to gain the Polly family support but also the Holy church. Also, he could be engaged again to Medea...
I don't know this is how my thought process went as I was reading.
BTW! I ship Heli and Medea. Psych isn't a bad person tbh (づ￣ ³￣)づ
