Retarded literally means 2 things :
"less advanced in mental, physical, or social development than is usual for one's age."
"very foolish or stupid."
When I used the word, it was for the latter meaning and with no intention of insulting anyone with any problem regarding the first meaning. In fact, I myself have a family member with a mental underdevelopment problem and I believe it is cruel to compare them with such a person as Sir Inhun. But first of all that was not my intention, second english is not my mother language, so the word I was thinking only translated to this, and third I don't understand why people jump to conclusions and think that I'm immediately insulting all people with development problems, since the word "retarded" has more than one meaning.

I'm not kidding when the retarded 4 eyes called Nakyum a prostitute I felt my face getting hot from shock and anger... I literally had to take a breath to calm down my urges to beat the shit out of him.
Not only it was extremely insulting, as it was humiliating, since Nakyum likes him and did everything he could to help him. If someone ever said this to me, disregarding liking them or not, I would punch their nose as hard as I could and, hopefully, break it.
