The story of the manga goes something like this - uke is younger than the seme , uke takes care of the seme like his wife or something but seme shows no love ( acts like he does love him but he does) - something happens and someone . He was either semes friend or a friend who didn't like him much rapes the uke . - after uke is raped . He tries to commit suicide trying to drown himself in the ocean , thinking that he's dirty for seme now . But seme comes in and saves him and confesses his love for him
