ikr... but shounen ai is mostly based on more romance than explicit erotic scenes, so needless to say that this is shounen ai.

Yeah, as I read it, it's truly Shounen Ai.
I was just shocked that I saw this in Top 10 Yaoi manga, while I thought it would be in Top 10 Shounen Ai manga instead.
