They should have focused and made them talk and communicate so much had happened with each other damn it shije must be brought back from the dead to beat their asses
I agree. I loved yangli I straight up died everytime I have to go through it with her ugh >.< she would straighten those idiots out. I think that's prolly the only issue I have with mdzs's story isn't jc n wx relationship

It was very unnecessary in the book for the author not to fix whatever happened between them like really fix it not just like “its been so long im sorry forget about it” even in the drama IT WAS ONE DETAIL I WOULD HAVE LOVED IF THEY CHANGED IT

I think they'll be ok with each other but like never close or really in each others lives again. I mean Jiang cheng cant hate him anymore so he'll prolly hate himself for not being able to hate wei ying but I dont think he'll be against him again. After watching that come to jesus moment btw them in the drama it felt better resolved and more hopeful so I felt better about it all in the end but it's still sad to me. ╮(￣.￣)╭
I like how the comic follows closely the original plot (at least until the chapter i read), but sometimes it feels like reading an abridged version rather than an adaptation... I can't stress how good the novel is, its atmosphere sometimes is downright chilling and I actually am disappointed at how non-scary everything is in the adaptations lol
I'll keep on reading because I feel quite lost after having finished the book, and it's a good companion to keep while watching the dorama (which has been disappointing to me for its decisions regarding the plot（/TДT)/ )
