I really wouldn't in a realistic sense Omega's would probably just be looked at as tools of reproduction and be abused quite a lot and alphas would be the superior kind where betas are just cruising in the middle. It would kinda suck and be a pain as if you were an omega you'd also have to go through the trouble of getting the supplements for the smell thingy that makes you go into heat and let's be real extremely good supplements would be expensive ¯_(ツ)_/¯ᵐᵃʸᵇᵉ that's what I'm guessing so for now it can stay in the mangas. Also if you are a parent or anything and you happen to have an omega you'd spend everyday worrying for your child's safety and even now irl it's quite common to be assaulted in any way so imagine being a fucking omega. Suicide rates would just sky rocket.
