Wait is the anime and this manga completed? Or will it still update? Im confused

pretty sure the manga is finished. there are five volumes in total and some extras.
as for the anime there is a movie coming out somewhere in may this year

Sadly. "Given movie has been delayed due to Coronavirus fears. The film was scheduled to hit theatres in Japan May 16. A new release date will be announced once the situation normalizes. Tickets booked in advance will be valid even after postponement."

I'm pretty sure the manga is ongoing. There's still some unresolved plot points.
