I know righttttt ugh maybe it was how the media influenced the author (thus influencing the way they create characters’ way of thinking) but it’s as if they couldn’t wrap their heads around the idea yet...
Another example is a manga with “genderless” in the title — but apparently that is a Japanese fashion term for how one dress without letting the male/female clothing limit them, but not a term for gender identity (maybe it doesn’t even apply to gender representation?? Like, in this fashion context, a biologically male person wear a dress because they likes it but not necessarily because he feels that the dress represents their gender more accurately ...)
Manga: you might know this one already; but the ace is a mysterious non-MC /I’m crying is there any manga with an ace MC~~ Or one with Genderless MC in a gender-not-fashion context~~~

As an ace, it bothers me a lot that Shii is trying to coerce Tamaki into having sex when Tamaki has no sexual desire.... like just because he has sex doesn’t mean it’ll magically appear.. damn this is frustrating.
***i will be sooooo happy if I finally find a nice manga with an ace character though (:
