If you don't have history of drawing anime art style before, I suggest learning how to draw faces first. Then move on to hair. Then to body proportions. There are a lot of tutorials in YouTube for these.

I also suggest to lay off colors for now and stick to black and white first. Color theory can be a bit messy for beginners.

Make an album with your current level artwork. We can work from there

    I agree competently.

I learned by first using references and trying out other peoples styles to get a hang of it before developing my own. Pinterest was a big help for me and I still use it when I need inspiration or just cant get something right. There are a lot of drawing references and tutorial photos there for drawing.
Just do whatever works for you though.

I'm trying to figure out face and hair right now. I'm having a bit of trouble with eyes and ears rn><
Especially when it comes to eyes showing various emotions.

I have no option but to lay off colours for now since I don't own a drawing tab and I'm just sketching in a drawing pad I found at home haha.

No problem ^-^ I'm happy to help in any way.
I proably wouldn't be to good at explaining how to use a reference properly or what exactly it means to use a reference, so I searched up a video that may seem helpful.

If this doesn't really help, you could always look up 'how to use drawing references' in google or youtube and you would be able to find a lot of good advice. Better than what I could give you.
