I recommend “Empress from another world“ if you haven’t read it already. It‘s really good, cute and they have kids (≧∀≦)

I double Lucia (Lucia is also a completed novel btw) From Maid to Mother, and Three Lifetimes because those are the closest manga I can think of, and if you do novels:
Hidden Marriage (modern showbiz, but a bit long and drawn out, still a good read tho, and the manga is poo, don't read the manga)
The CEO Villainess Childhood Friend (like Hidden Marriage, but way shorter)
The Villain and Cannon Dodder's Mother (my fav out of these, but not completed yet, and focuses more on the children in the begining (their father is not the ML btw))
I'm Pregnant with the Villian's Child (modern, but a bit more family centered compared to the first 2)
I Hid the Duke’s Daughter (looks good, haven't read)
I Raised A Black Dragon (looks good, haven't read)
The Baby Isn’t Yours (looks good, haven't read)

If you do Yaoi/mpreg
Exile (definitely the closest to this setting in my opinion, but much more lack luster in plot, mainly childcare and moe. Warning rape)
Perfect Match (omegaverse, looks promising but only 7 chapters in and bun hasn't appeared yet. Warning rape)

Unfortunately most romances end with a glimpse of child or announcing pregnancy. The rare few that have children are either on run from the father, or transmigrated into the mothers body after they had kids. It sucks because the whole pregnancy and preparing for children with the loving main couple and going through that with the characters is really fun, and I wish more books had it instead of either skipping that whole portion and going straight to 6-8 year old. Even if MC is running from ML, I'd like to see MC struggling to raise a child by herself instead. Maybe a book where MC runs away from ML, and the bastard, arrogant, CEO, stereotypical ML chases, but MC doesn't go with his and finds another ML who treats her with true kindness. Damn it, I really need to start writing my own book *sigh* well I hope my list helped somewhat.

I most certainly have, knew of the few novels I've actually finished (some Asian novels are loooooooong Orz). Absolutely amazing, the only part I regret is there was too little time with the son, he was so cute and innocent, I wished he appeared more often. But this was a wierd novel where you skip the smut cuz the plot is so good XD

There was a lot of sidestories that are still being translated last I checked, they focused more of Damian, and his point of view. Definitely check them out if you haven't read them already.
