A daycare kinda thing?

Idk if it was directly about daycares but I do remember it being about these two boys (its a yaoi manga pretty sure) who have sum kind of involvement in little kids. (I don’t mean like pedophilia but like they (Kids) genuinely have sum kind of correlation to the story) the two boys grew up together as well. Sorry for the shitty description.
