I dont think he would love her after all the fake ass shit she pulled. In a way if they get together it just looks like he feels pity over her. No connection at all

Or that he got together with her because of 'sentiment' because she's the first girl that he wanted to 'marry'. It's really a dumb plot imo if that's what the author are really going for. I'd be so disappointed...
