In short, Suha's dad worked for president lee and after he died she basically helped his mom and also she molded him into an employee to follow in his dad's footsteps. So Suha has been around the lee/park family since at least junior high. Not enough has been revealed as to why president lee disparages dir park BUT he is too emo...(see chpt 25...he left a biz meeting to get macho over Suha with that Jiwoon douche) and unprofessional (see hot sex with subordinate) so he prob did something stupid in the past. He is at least 3-4 years younger than Suha.
dir Park's older bro (or cousin?) is the redhead. I'm guessing Suha crushed on him back in the day and he got more than his feelings hurt and I'll bet he made him his manwhore/communal property to share with Jiwoon. Waiting for next chapters for more info but the author needs to let us know why Suha doesn't do dating and real relationships bc dir park loves him and he wants to be more than sex friends but Suha isn't really there yet emotionally.
