I also know that in some omegaverses, rather than natural delivery for males they'll have c sections instead. But yeah ultimately since its fiction, the author will always find a way Haha

Lol to be fair we're all confused about the giving birth part, it's really blurry because stories never show it or talk about how it happens in general (I've read one that did tho, but can't remember right now). Truth is we pretend that we get it and move on to appreciate the story lol
ok i usually read shounen ai and this is so confusing how can man even have babies? even if they are omegas they dont have uterus how does it work and there's no way they can give birth through their asshole its literally impossible and if it doesnt matter if a man and a women is an omega or an alpha can an omega male and a female alpha have a relationship or a female alpha and a female omega it's really confusing this feels like a top and a bottom on phermonal drugs
