They’re not blood related. Seolhyun (pure blood female lycan) was adopted at an early age and it was probably bc they wanted him to pair with the “brother” who’s a pure blood male lycan.
So naturally the brother became greedy since his “partner” was marked by another person
His brother is a little too possessive so its good for them to spend some time apart
