probably because his alpha dad is REALLY overprotective and he seems to have the temperament of his Omega dad. Added to the hatred he had towards alpha's and his crazy looks... Yeah he has no love experience lololol

The omega has two loving parents who love each other and are affectionate. It's weird that he doesn't understand relationships and romantic love considering he has a very good example of it at home.
