She got flung through the windshield

At that age she should’ve been at least in a booster seat, if not still a car seat. What the FUCK were her parents thinking (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

It isn't that weird. I have never been in a booster seat. When I was too young, my mother would sit in the back with me on her lap. And when I was old enough to walk and talk, I threw temper tantrums to sit in the front seat. lol Sure it's safer to sit in booster seats, but most people back then didn't buy it (especially because no one ever checked)

Oh. I am 17. In my country, they just made the rules stricter 5-8 years ago. I am not sure about Korea (I am south east Asian but not Korean)

seatbelt is still a must. its weird how she survived when she is to die first but her parents in seatbelt passed away. at most, the mother should had lived and no airbag shot up......kinda weird way to make parents die. Also airbag has been in cars for ages so don't say back in the day, it wasn't a thing.

It's weird that her parents are wearing seatbelt in only one panel while they are not in the rest of the panel. Anyway, she survived because she somehow got catapulted through the window because she wasn't wearing her seatbelt. While he parents were still stuck inside and burned to death. But technically that shouldn't be possible. The car was hit from the driver's side so it probably flipped a couple of times and ended up landing back upright (there are various dents on the roof of the car) then probably the oil leaked and the engine burst causing a fire. Her parents probably only got minor injuries from the accident but maybe they fainted or something. But she should have definitely been stuck inside, nope she would have definitely hit the roof of the car and cracked her skull open and bled to death. She is way too small and light to fall through the glass window regardless of the position and force from the truck (?) Realistically this whole scenario is impossible, The author only wanted to convey her emotions during her family's death in this chapter. They are trying to convey how much that accident changed her, especially with the contrast between her cheerful child version and her depressed adult version we saw at the very beginning. They are trying to express her pain and fear at that time and how her current father is symbolising hope , how she has changed to Irene which is giving her another opportunity to live her life. Her memories of past resurfacing shows her fear, what if she loses her family again?
.............. sorry, this turned out to be way too long. .....( ̄∇ ̄")

It wasn't even an empty road but in the city. like there was nobody passing by to help those in the car escape...... >:I i see loopholes and faults here and there. I'm not content with the tragic end of the family. The god who wanted an isekai is a miserable failure.

Honestly, I live for these analyses. I, too, am not content with the sudden departure of the parents. :v

Me too. Her parents death scene definitely wasn't planned properly. If this has a light novel, they probably wrote the whole scene from Irene's perspective focusing on her emotions instead of writing about the accident in detail. A young child would definitely not be able to remember that event in detail (especially because of the shock from that incident) So I don't think they had enough information to draw it properly. Also, manhwas often cut short a lot from it's LNs due to panel limit (?) I wish her parents had a proper death.

Oh that's true too. I just took into account that maybe a proper accident might've been too serious for the tone (for now) of this manhwa. It's more on the light-hearted side imo, still, R.I.P. her parents. Good points though mate
