Murder thoughts and scheme to murder are different things. Aria intends on the latter indirectly. That just makes her the second Miele. Even in reality it is forbidden by law to retaliate murder out of revenge. Theres nothing wrong with not wanting ur MC to become a Karen kind of evil.
