Mine are when an Uke or Seme is tooo tsundere, cliché plots, waiting for new chapters that never come out (Your My Love Prize In Viewfinder, Betrayal Knows My Name), Seme's that hurt the Uke way too much and all uke's and seme's from sekaiichi hatsukoi and junjou romantic. (Except Zen Kirishima and Takafumi Yokozawa)
I also do hate tsunderes! I also skip yaoi mangas with ukes like that (but in anime, taiga is an exception, she has managed to show here lovely side too)

From what you said i can see through your face whenever you saw a tsunuke (tsundere + uke) ur like Not again my NAY-OI (nay + yaoi).
My greatest turn offs is nonsense plot. Or something like romanticizing bl in a way. And also like yours, oversadistic seme to the point of hurting his lover.ugh hate it. Possesiveness is cute in moderation but agitating when too much.
