Lol, I kept thinking about this too! I think he (Hiro, the nasty and psychotic childhood friend) shaved his head, both in repentance and as a way to redirect the curse to him. Remember when he needed hair to make a curse? So my hypothesis is that ALL his hair was used to direct the MASS of unluckiness come his way. BUT that's just a guess.
I do wish we could've seen his whole freaking face and see more misfortune on him!
That's an interesting guess, but didn't Hiro use Tori's cum for the curse in chapter 2?
