Lucia the novel is good, it has some rated R chapters, also there is also a full color webtoon here but it's in the early stages.

I loved it and it's about second life/going back in time kind of plot. I also read the ones you listed I also liked Lady baby, The abandoned empress, Doctor Elise, Miss not so sidekick, Living as the tyrants older sister, and La Dolce Vita di Adelaide.
I started Lucia and when i arrived at the last chapter of the manwha available at that time I even continued reading the novel, but at one point I got fed up it really long you have to take break when you read, and i just didn't peak it up again, lady baby also started but dropped it, not my favorite, the drawing are not my type don't no why, but I will surely come back to it when it's finished, the other one they didn't appeal me neither
