I don't think 07 Ghost is shounen ai? ^^; but sorry i don't know any shounen ai animes that's similar to 07 ghost. . .
never watched 07 ghost, but after reading the plot summary, this is what i can think of:
-ling qi/spiritpact (ling qi si in chinese, spiritpact is japanese dub. season 2 animation is so much better than season 1. has demons and spirits. it wasn't supposed to be gay but the author sorta gave up on trying to make the characters straight after a while.)
- mo dao zu shi (zombies and gay. I may or may not have cried. a lot.)
- Heavenly official's blessing (released this year i think, not sure if its out yet. demon king and martial gods)
- Togainu no chi ( do not confuse this with the game. characters are the same but it is... slightly... different... Not demons but it's action. lots of fighting.)
- No.6 (my god this is so good i've watched this so many times. give the manga and novel a shot too. not demons, but it's sci-fi and supernatural.)
- Loveless (my first ever shounen ai. slightly confused at first but it is a classic. humans have cat ears. not demons, but theres superpower system)
- xiaolv he xiaolan (anthology gays. very cute, very funny, I cried in some parts. has some demon episodes. some scifi, often slice of life)
- Vassalord (please forgive the english dub in the first 2 minutes. the rest is japanese thank god. makes more sense if you read the whole manga but it's not hard to appreciate as a standalone OVA. about vampires and demons)
- Earthian (it's good. not as gay as the manga. about angels.)
- monochrome factor (gayer than the manga. animation is a bit dodge sometimes, but I love this so much that i have to forgive it. about shadow demons and hunter things. it has the whole set of good voices too. daisuke ono (sebastian michaelis), Junichi Suwabe (viktor Nikivorov and aizawa sensei) and Hiroshi kamiya (levi, and saiki.k))
- Uragiri wa boku no namae wo shitteiru (could be gayer. nice action tho. can't remeber much but i liked it )
07 ghost is not tagged as shounen ai. But you can try Hakkenden if you only want a bit of bromance.
