Somebody who speaks Japanese translated it for me. The doctor said something and it was blanked out but sumi gave a hint. The procedure on sumi I’m guessing would affect his mental health that’s why utou is angry. I don’t think sumi is pregnant because him and utou didn’t have sex yet and sumi only had sex once with shiratori and that was a few weeks ago. He didn’t show any pregnancy symptoms so I don’t think that’s it
