If you have high-quality manga pages or you want to try webtoons:
1. find the raws (if you can, download or copy the pages, but if you can't, use a screenshot software like Photoscape)
1.5. if you are bad at taking screenshots, CTRL + A and crop so each page is uniform length (I mainly use Clipstudio Paint because it tells you the length and width of your page, but I'd expect other art software to have this feature)
2. translate the manga, you can type the translations in word (I'm assuming you know Japanese?)
3. load your manga pages into an art software if you haven't already
4. white out or erase text in speech bubbles
5. take your font (sans-serif font that looks similar to what you've seen in a translated manga before, IDK why but I use Chalkboard SE Bold lol) and your translation, then type in the empty text bubble
6. do this for the all the pages
7. I don't suggest this if you are translating by yourself, but you can translate the sfxs (this requires you to redraw parts of the manga itself) and redraw censored dicks (this requires talent in itself XD)

PS: For webtoons in step 1.5, you need to crop too so there's no white border around it

I'm quite confident in my artist ability the only problem is the translation .someone told me to use Google translation but I really hate it!!!
I think the only way out is to join one of the translation team (=・ω・=)
