To me, consent from an intoxicated person is dubious AF. Tipsy people can't even be trusted to drive home, let alone to give consent to entrust their body to someone else. Sure yeah, you can argue sex and driving are vastly different things but I think when it involves the safety and health of someone's physical and mental state, same rule applies. It got worse when instead of tipsy, they're batshit drunk like our boy Dojun here. Taking advantage of a drunk like this is literally rape and you can't convince me otherwise.
I would've taken advantage to score some brownie points by helping them home and making sure they're hydrated and well cared for. It will feel less of a creep that way and I can definitely slip a "would you mind a coffee later?" or "since alcohol is no good, how about netflix and chill some other time?" line the next morning. There's a fine line between being manipulative and opportunistic after all.
P/s: Honestly, I have seen some comments defending the doc and all that of "maybe Dojun gives consent.." arguements and it seriously reminds me of all those cases of girls getting raped while being intoxicated and the rapist got away. I hate seeing that kind of thing happens to anyone, no matter girl or boy, alpha or omega, fiction or reality. Rape is rape.
