Def watch Haikyuu!!! i watched that first and since then i've gotten more interested in sport animes. Haikyuu gets straight into it unlike Boku no hero, you have to get more impatient with, i love the dialogue, and the storyline! todoroki gets more dialogue in season 2,3,4! i love him tooo much he's so precious. a lot of guys are introduced too, i love them all too much ahh. you'll get to love it. i also started season 1 when it first came out, and then stopped it watching it. but now i have time and it's so goood

Watch Haikyuu please for the love of god. I might be exaggerating, but my love for Haikyuu is huge because it's such an amazing, amazing, amazing anime. There's a reason why it's highly ranked on MAL, why it's so popular, why the fans waited four years for the fourth season, etc. It is my favorite anime of all times and obviously for a very good reason. You will become invested in the characters, the plot, the entire thing. It will consume your life, but it's okay because it's Haikyuu.
If you're worried about it being a sports anime or that it's about volleyball, do not worry. Just...watch. Because even though yes, the entire anime circles around volleyball, a sport you may or may not like, the anime will make you like it. Fairly few anime make you root for the opponents or make you love all the characters, and Haikyuu is one of them. Even though Oikawa is shitty, you will love him and everyone else. AAAAHHHH I JUST NEED tO SCREAM BECAUSE I LOVE IT SO MUCH OHMYGOD.
Although this may be me just blabbering on why I love it, I definitely say watch Haikyuu!! first. That way you can watch the second part of the fourth season with us when it's airing.
As for BNHA, the second season was my favorite. I personally love school tournaments, and the second season is about that. Plus, an interesting villain appears, so more fights. Third season is also really cool. Fourth season though, sigh. That has been disappointing so far.
I'm not a huge fan of this series, but I watch it so that I know what's happening. I suggest watching the anime at least until the second season. If you don't like it, drop it.
i just finished watching the anime of boku no hero, in a span of 3 4 days. i hate to say it, but quarantine has been making me check off my list of things to do. NOW onto the manga.
