McQueen is the one who got his dream crushed and you think he feels nothing? He is criticized by the media and probably everyone he knows so why does he still have to make everything about Ed? I'm sure he felt like his world fell apart too and needed a break so he turned off his phone. Rather than lash out like Ed I think he's the type to internalize all that shit. Ed should have been prepared to be found out since he was already recognized on the street a few times but suddenly it's McQueens fault he got into porn and everything that went wrong. It's not either one's fault it's the view of society on the porn industry that's hurtful.
Don't defend the porn industry. It's toxic and dangerous for most part.
Okay, just imagine this: your boyfriend ghosts you after you are being exposed to the whole world as a porn actor, you get fired, punched in the face you feel like your whole world is falling apart.
Now your bf shows up, but he acts like nothing special happened, doesn't apologize for ghosting you in this situation and doesn't even ask what happened to your injured face.
