Basically, Yeowoon is taking out his anger out on McQueen. He says McQueen deserves this backlash and that McQueen used him for the porn by faking feelings.
McQueen says that he never thought Yeowoon would say such harsh words and he also says that he doesn’t regret filming porn, he just didn’t want it to be the one thing that defined his life.
Yeowoon says that the porn actors and the camera crew who film it are all hideous for taking part in it. He then says that he regrets filming with McQueen, not feeling comfortable with the idea from the very start.
McQueen says he never forced Yeowoon to do anything he didn’t want and then proceeds to say that he did use Yeowoon. Which I think is a lie and he’s just saying that to spite Yeowoon.
Then Yeowoon realises all the nasty things he said and wants to apologise but it’s too late, McQueen is shown to no longer like him and their relationship is seemingly over.
That’s basically the gist of it. I probably didn’t explain it very well but I understood the scene. Putting it into simple words was hard.

The roommate is called Ryan and he has a daughter (I think it’s a girl) . He did porn with McQueen and now I think he’s some sort of alcoholic.
McQueen asked Yeowoon to voice a documentary about the mind of a rapist where Ryan was the victim and McQueen played the rapist. After that Ryan stopped liking McQueen.
