In chapter 3 Cole gets tipsy because he drank a bit too much. Blond new guy kisses him and gives him a blowjob. A very detailed blowjob. They don't go all the way but still. Cole then feels regretful and tells Alex, but only about the kiss. If you don't like cheating/ rape like me I suggest you to not read this because I feel so bad now

well Cole could not predict Brad will try to rape him after he gets drunk, one of the signs of him been very drunk is vomiting. and from what I read in another comment, he did vomit a lot.
it actually does make sense to Cole character to lie, remember in the older chapters establish that Cole is a guy with very very low self-esteem and self-worth to the point he thought it would be better to kill himself.
not once, but twice. while it isn't an excuse for him to lie, Cole still does not consider himself has loved by Alex. in fact he thought Alex have no reason to stay with him if he knows (or that only what I think, I can be wrong though)
still, it didn't fair he lied but again, the whole thing happen while he was drunk without his consent. If Cole wasn't drunk, I doubt he even let Brad get close to him at all.

Agree. Cole is sure very insecure about his relationship and about himself as well. His lies will not make the relationship a solid one tho and if Alex ever finds out about the Bj I will take his side because he will be rightfully mad. I know Cole is not the one to fully blame, because he was taken advantage of, but he managed the situation in worst possible way. Plus the blowjob scene was way too detailed and it left a sour taste because it really seemed like he was enjoying himself.( I really hated that part, it felt unnecessary specific) He is a morally Gray character with a lot of issues and I kind of hoped for a development, but apparently this 2nd volume will focus on smutty scenes. I think I will drop it which is a pity because I really liked the first volume

Lol the gun scene really was something else. Cole is totally mad and I luv it. Well at least since the second volume came out(〜￣△￣)〜 I don't like rape nor cheating and this has both of them tho, so It's really hard for me to re-read it. Cheating is a big no in my book. He didn't seem drunk to the point of not knowing what he was doing. I mean, yeah, Brad should know that a drunk person cannot consent, but I dont like how Cole just accepted it. He regretted it afterwards but regretting what he did doesn't erase the things he's done. And he didn't even tell Alex about the Bj, this in my eyes means he cannot be trusted. Dunno, this whole second volume doesn't seem right. I guess It's just not my preference
