guys what are you talking about?! There was a whole melodrama about the death of jake's and sean's kid....after that sean worked as a surrogate but he had twins, so they took the the healthy child...it's problably the kid of sean and kyle's wife...
I feel like Jake is gonna start to think of Emily as his kid and then he’ll find out Kyle is her dad and go crazy again. I know it’s not confirmed that Kyle is the father of the twins, but I can’t think of anyone else that would be. And with the ending of Season two Kyle seems like he’s gonna show up out of nowhere and cause trouble because God forbid we let couples in a drama be happy （￣へ￣）and I swear if Emily dies of her sickness or something my heart won’t be able to take it ╥﹏╥
