I know not a word of Korean but by reading the raws is kinda obvious that:
1)Shin DOES NOT cheat on Wolfgang, he just knows the readhead is part of a major complot to kill Wolfgang/take the throne and he saw the red hair and the serpent pattern so he gets closer to the guy BC HE HAS A PLAN to draw them out (reminder he planned a coup d'etat he's not stupid)
2)He sends Wolfgang away (without him knowing what's going on) to keep him safe and forms some sort of alliance with that cool watchers on the wall that appeared before
3)MY BOY LITERALLY GETS TORTURED AND STILL PROTECTS WOLFGANG'S LOCATION WHEN THE BAD GUYS GET HIM SO WE WON'T DOUBT SHIN'S FEELINGS IN THIS HOUSE
