Oh wait, there was actually a webtoon that was based on hanahaki disease called "Spring in the Heart" by Bbong (also the creator of Never Understand). It was the winner of a contest in Lezhin, however, it was disqualified because the Hanahaki disease concept is actually patented.

So a manga with that concept is probably not feasible because of copyrights stuff. ╥﹏╥
